A brief introduction to Hot Stamping:
The industrial printing process that we call "Hot Stamping" goes by many synonymous names including: foil stamping, hot foil stamping, gold stamping, gold blocking, dry stamping, dry printing, embossing and imprinting.
What sets the hot stamping process apart from any other method of printing is it's ability to apply a shiny metallic foil print. A brilliance that cannot be duplicated with ink, foil stamping is employed in a diverse range of consumer and industrial applications.

We do all the Hot Stamping in house at PokerShop. We do not outsource the job nor send it to China like our competitors do. We use the highest grade of foil in the world, the best quality chips available. Our Hot Stamping machine can stamp up to 20,000 chips per day. We personally check the chips before sending, all in a speedy manner to ensure we meet all promised deadlines.
Each chip can be custom hot stamped with any text or you can choose from a large assortment of denominations!
The Hot Stamp uses standard in stock font lettering. Custom dies can be developed for an additional charge if you require a logo or specific fonts. Please contact us if you require logos or specific fonts.
Standard production time is 14/21 days for hot stamp orders (depending on our current work load). Rush orders are available for an additional charge.
We have many different chip styles to choose from as well as colours. The pricing quoted here is for 11.5g Dice or 11.5g Suit chips. If you would like to upgrade to a different chip, please contact us.
These chips feel authentic and professional. The detail on these chips is great. Dice or Suits encircle the outer edge surface of each chip.
Imprint Area: approx 2.2cms
Set Up Charge:
• $0 set up charge if the text is from our line of dies available
• $200 custom logo set up charge (ONE TIME) per design if you require a custom logo or custom text style
Imprint Colours: Gold, Silver, Black or White. Other colours are available at request.
Production Time: Usually within 10 days after proof approval & payment. If we need to create a custom steel stamp of your logo, please add an additional 14 to 21 days.
* pricing quoted here is for a 1 sided print on 500 x 11.5g chips.
** please add an additional 12 cents a chip for double sided stamping.
*** please add a further 12c a chip if you would prefer to upgrade the chip style to a 14g chip such as the AK Suit or the 12 stripe 3 colour chip.
